POLICY

 Agape and Soul Beauty Bar always strives to accommodate all clients as best as we can and we understand life happens and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. While we're flexible with punctuality, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact the business and other clients. For this reason, we kindly ask for a 48 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please take a moment to review the policies.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. It is refundable if you reschedule or cancel 48hrs before your appointment time. You can send the deposit via Zelle.

EXISTING CLIENTS

If a cancellation occurs within 48hrs of your appointment 50% of the total cost of service will be charged. No-shows will be charged 75% of the total service cost.

Multiple last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. 

REFUND POLICY

We take pride in our work and are committed to ensuring you're happy with your service. Please note that all service fees are non refundable. However, if you experience any issues with your service, we offer a one week grace period from the date of service during which we will gladly work with you to address and resolve any concerns. If unsatisfied, please let us know within that period so we can make it right, your satisfaction is our priority and we want you to love your results. After one week, no adjustments will be available.

By moving forward and booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the policy. As always thank you for your trust and continued support.
